Why... The Cabin?

The Founder and President of CSI Manufacturing, Inc., Gale Casteel and his 3 sons and 6 grandsons are avid outdoorsmen. (The two little guys just don't realize it yet!) The idea for the cabin was born out of the cabin Gale built for his family a few years ago. Gale's love of nature, wildlife and family are the true inspiration for this new offering from CSI Manufacturing, Inc.

CSI is a "family" corporation. Working with Gale are his 3 sons, Kevin (Manufacturing Plant Supervisor), David (Meld Operations Supervisor) and Derek (Field Crew Supervisor), 1 grandson (so far) Travis who is currently on a Field Crew, and daughter Kim who is in design.

Cabin Information :

To be completed upon delivery by CSI:

• Install approximately 2 squares of Shingles
• Both Gable Ends of Cedar Siding above ceiling line
• Center 1x4 Trim Board on each end
• Piece of Siding around bottom of Cabin
• Soffit and fascia on Gable Ends

• 2 Pieces of Wood Flooring at Center
       (2 1"x4" and 1 1"x5") at Center Beam
• Bedroom Door installed
• Minimal amount of base trim to be installed

The Cabin does not include:

• Freight & Permits to the building Site
• Crane Cost
• Sales Tax
• Foundation
• Sill Plate
• Electrical to Pane
• Sewer & Water Hook ups
• Hot Water Heater
• Porch

4 Season Porch will have Cedar Siding on wall between Cabin and Porch, Storm Door Panes, with self storing screens around the perimeter of the Porch, and a wood floor matching the great room and bedroom floor.
